Scope and responsibility
This notice describes the marketing website at trybulk.app and www.trybulk.app, operated by ManagementSupport LLC, trading as Bulk. Cookies, local storage and session storage are different ways of storing information in a browser. Similar rules can apply even when a tool does not use a traditional cookie. Our Privacy Notice explains who we are, our purposes and your rights.
Your website choice
Bulk’s website runs page analytics and session replay unless you reject them. The Umami tracker and recorder, and the Ahrefs Web Analytics script, load before you choose. Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing or template requests. The choice is specific to the browser and website origin; trybulk.app, www.trybulk.app and customer workspaces do not share one local-storage permission.
Page visits, website interactions and replay let Bulk understand and improve the website. Replay is more detailed than an aggregate visit count: it reconstructs page use and may include visible content. It must not be described as anonymous merely because inputs are masked. Do not enter sensitive information into website fields.
Ahrefs Bot Analytics is not browser storage and is not controlled by this choice. A Cloudflare Worker on trybulk.app and www.trybulk.app sends details of each request, including IP address and user agent, to Ahrefs so it can identify crawler and bot traffic. The optional umami.disabled local-storage setting, if present, is a user opt-out and is preserved. A temporary bulk-cookie-settings session-storage value reopens the choice panel after a withdrawal reload and is then removed.
The website does not set advertising cookies through this analytics integration. A “self-hosted” or “cookie-free” label does not mean that a service collects no personal information or uses no other browser storage. Provider configuration and server-side retention must be assessed separately.
Changing or withdrawing permission
Use the cookie controls on this page or the footer. Withdrawing records a rejected choice, clears access to the in-memory analytics session and reloads the page without the tracker, recorder or Ahrefs script. The reload ends the running page’s recording; it cannot recall information already transmitted or cancel a request already in flight. You may later use the same controls to accept again. Choosing rejection or withdrawal is as available as choosing acceptance.
Clearing browser storage removes the stored choice. Analytics then runs again and the banner asks until you choose. If storage is unavailable, analytics remains blocked because a refusal cannot be saved. Withdrawing browser permission does not automatically identify or erase historical server records. Customer workspaces are different
Customer workspaces use authentication/session storage and may use diagnostics and identifiable OpenReplay when enabled by deployment configuration. Website permission does not enable or disable product replay, and consent to remote-control assistance is a separate decision from recording. Customers must establish appropriate notices, lawful bases and controls for their own users. The website cookie controls cannot change an employer’s workspace settings.
