Open the Dashboards app and nine are already there: the Assets Board and Assets Sheet, the OEE dashboards for people and for assets, the Utilization Grid, Pareto for Downtime, OEE events, Value Flow and the KPI Table. Between them they show what is running, where the day went, why it stopped and where the money and KPIs stand, all read from the records Bulk already keeps for the site you have selected.
What is running now
The Assets Board shows every station live, green when running and red when stopped. The Assets Sheet puts the same stations in one table with their status, downtime and rates.
Where the day went
OEE for People and OEE for Assets follow each operator and machine through the day. The Utilization Grid colours every asset’s hours by running, idle or the reason it was down.
Why it stopped
Pareto for Downtime ranks the reasons, with a daily trend and a comparison by line and machine. OEE events counts the stops for each asset or operator.
Money and targets
Value Flow puts a price on work in progress at each routing, step and machine. The KPI Table lays out every assigned KPI by day against its target, or rolled up by week or month.
Every machine, every hour of the day.
The Utilization Grid is a shop floor dashboard for one day: a row for each hour, a column for each asset, and every cell coloured by what that asset mostly did in that hour, whether it was running, idle or stopped for a named downtime reason.
The state that held the hour
Where downtime and a running timer overlap, the downtime counts, and a running timer counts over idle. Each cell then shows whichever state filled most of the hour; hours still to come stay blank until they happen.
Utilisation you can check
The All column is the running share of available time in each hour, and the footer totals running hours for each asset and for the whole floor.
Reasons and routings underneath
Below the grid sit the hours lost to each downtime reason, the hours spent on each routing and how many routings each asset started. Step back a day, or switch to another asset board.
Where the money is waiting.
Value Flow puts a price on work in progress: how much is on the floor, how much has no plan, how much is overdue and how much went out of the door, then which routing, step and machine it is sitting at.

WIP value, unplanned value, value overdue and value delivered, over today, 7 days or 28 days, with delivery compared to the window before.
Routing, step, machine
Routings rank by the value in them, and each step shows its value, wait and cycle time. A selected step splits into loaded, planned and unplanned, and Plan these opens Scheduling to plan the unplanned work.
Worth attention
Up to five jobs, ranked by how urgent they are and then by value at stake, each with its reasons: late, due soon, unplanned or waiting too long at the step.
Totals that do not guess
Jobs with no price or no exchange rate are counted beside the totals, never added in. The view is kept in the address, so a link shares it.
Every KPI, day by day.
The KPI Table is a manufacturing KPI dashboard laid out like a spreadsheet: every KPI assigned to the site as a row, days across the top, each cell checked against its target, and a switch to roll up by week or month.
Assigned KPIs as rows
Category, unit, target, month to date and average sit beside each KPI, and the columns filter the sheet down to the ones a meeting needs.
Pass, fail or pending
Each cell shows the actual against its target. Hover a manual entry to see who submitted it, when, and the comment they left.
Day, week or month
The same KPIs roll up by week or by month. Pick the month and year to read, and the sheet opens on the current one.

Boards is the build-your-own side: a visual management board for one site, from one to six columns, filled with widgets. Switch to edit mode, add a widget to a column, drag it where you want it, and the layout saves when you drop it.
One to six columns
Three by default. Cutting columns in the board settings moves their widgets to the last column instead of deleting them.
Saves on drop
There is no save button. Duplicate or remove a widget in edit mode, and a Checklist asks before it goes, because it keeps its own items.
Set up per widget
Choose the assets (up to 250 for an OEE widget), the period, a target OEE (85% unless you change it) and how much detail to show.
Shared on the site
A board belongs to one site, and anyone there with permission to view boards can open it. Creating, editing and deleting are separate permissions, and every change is logged.
23 widgets, one catalogue.
The Add Widget dialog holds the 23 widgets a board can take, grouped as metrics, charts, tables and utility, each drawn with sample data so you see it before you add it. OEE widgets read timers and downtime, safety widgets read risk assessments and incidents, and quality widgets read issues, NCRs and CAPAs.
OEE on the assets you pick
Each OEE widget reads the assets you choose, with its own target, number of top reasons or stale threshold. OEE Loss Pareto turns lost hours into money at the hourly rate you enter.
Quality against a target
FPY Trend groups by day, week or month and draws a dashed line at your target. Quality Items lists the issues, NCRs, CAPAs and holds of the types you choose.
Safety you can open up
Click a Risk Matrix cell to list the assessments behind it. Incidents filter by status, date range and type, and the Review Calendar shows a month of reviews.
Notes the shift keeps
A Checklist keeps its items with the board. Text Note, Icon Display and File Display put instructions, signs and a PDF or image beside the numbers.
On the wall, without a login.
A shop floor display is any browser on a TV or tablet: pair it once in Settings and it opens the Asset Board, Teamboard or OEE dashboard you choose, full screen, with nobody signed in. More on wall screens in Pulse.
Full screen, one site
OEE for People fills the screen with no sidebar, search or notifications, and the site in the header is locked, so the wall stays on its own plant.
Current without a reload
When one of its people starts or stops a timer, records a count, or opens or closes a stop, the timeline fetches again by itself. Nobody has to refresh the page.
Paired, or just opened
Displays, still marked Beta in settings, pairs a screen that signs in as its own user. Any dashboard, or a board you built, also opens in a signed-in browser with Open in new window.

What is manufacturing dashboard software?
Manufacturing dashboard software puts what is happening on the floor onto screens people can read at a glance: which machines are running, where the hours went, which stops cost the most, where work in progress is waiting and whether KPIs are on target. In Bulk, the Dashboards app opens nine standard dashboards, and the Boards app lets a team build its own from widgets.
What is a production dashboard?
A production dashboard shows how the floor is doing against the day: which machines are running, paused or stopped, where the hours went, why machines stopped and how KPIs compare with their targets. In Bulk each of those has its own standard dashboard, from the Assets Board and the Utilization Grid to Pareto for Downtime and the KPI Table, and each reads the timers, downtime reasons and KPI entries the floor already records.
Which dashboards come as standard?
OEE for People, OEE for Assets, the Utilization Grid, the Assets Board, the Assets Sheet, Value Flow, Pareto for Downtime, OEE events and the KPI Table. Each opens full screen from one picker and reads the site you have selected.
Do the standard dashboards need setting up?
Each reads records Bulk already keeps, but its source has to exist first: an asset board with assets for the Assets Board and Utilization Grid, OEE dashboards in settings for the OEE timelines, downtime tracking and reasons for the Pareto, routings for Value Flow and assigned KPIs for the KPI Table. Until then, a dashboard shows an empty state that says what is missing.
How do I build my own board?
Create a board with a name and one to six columns (three by default). Switch to edit mode, choose Add Widget, pick a widget and the column it goes in, then drag widgets to reorder them or move them between columns. The layout saves when you drop a widget, and Done leaves edit mode.
Which widgets can go on a board?
Twenty-three: two metrics (OEE Scorecard, Quality Scorecard), nine charts (including FPY Trend, OEE Trend, Defect Pareto, NCR Aging, KPI Chart and Risk Matrix), seven tables (including Live Downtime Feed, Stale Downtime, Asset OEE Leaderboard, Quality Items and Task Table) and five utility widgets (Text Note, Icon Display, Checklist, Review Calendar and File Display).
How current are the numbers?
The Assets Board and the Utilization Grid update as operators start, pause and stop timers. OEE widgets on a board refresh when new timer and downtime records reach the analytics store, and check again every five minutes. Value Flow reads the same analytics snapshots, so a change shows once the next snapshot is written.
Can I put a dashboard on a TV?
Yes, with Displays, still marked Beta in settings. Open the setup link in the screen’s browser and enter the code it shows under Displays in Settings. The screen signs in as its own user, with the read-only Dashboards viewer role by default, and opens the Asset Board, Teamboard, OEE for Assets or OEE for People dashboard you pick. Any dashboard, or a board you built, also opens in a signed-in browser with Open in new window.
Who can see a board?
A board belongs to one site. Anyone at that site with permission to view boards can open it, and creating, editing and deleting boards are separate permissions. Each standard dashboard checks its own permission, and every change to a board is recorded in the activity log.
What happens to jobs without a price in Value Flow?
They are counted as unvalued, or as unconverted when there is no exchange rate into the site’s currency, and shown beside the totals rather than added in. Priced jobs count at their payable value.
Can I see several plants on one dashboard?
Dashboards and boards show one site at a time. Switch the site in the header to see another plant.
