Pick one off the shelf, or build your own.
Standard boards every plant gets, live the second you open them — plus a drag-and-drop canvas where your team composes its own from a shared catalog of widgets. Same numbers, same source, on any screen you point at them.
What is Bulk Dashboards & Boards?
Bulk Dashboards & Boards is the screen layer of Bulk's manufacturing operations software. Standard boards every plant gets are live the second you open them, and a drag-and-drop canvas lets your team compose its own from a shared catalog of 21 widgets. Same numbers, same source, on any screen you point at them.
Pick by signal, not by name.
Open the gallery and every tile shows what's live right now — operators running, machines down, OTD against target. Three standard boards ship wired to real data; six more are on the way. You choose by what the floor is actually doing.
Assets Board
A wall-board of stations — running count, alerts, at a glance.
OEE · People
Operators running, idle or down — with a live OEE score per person.
OEE / Assets
Every machine's status and OEE %, the whole bay in one grid.
Drag the floor into a grid.
Pick a column count, drop widgets in from the shared catalog, and they go live the moment they land. No save button, no waiting on IT — try it: tap a widget to add it, change the layout, clear what you don't need.

The same widgets everywhere.
Boards, Teamboards, the Hub and the standard dashboards all draw from one shared registry. A widget is owned by its module — Quality, OEE, Safety, Tasks — and reused wherever it's dropped. Twenty-one of them declare the board context.
If it's on the board, it's happening right now.
No overnight exports, no “as of last Tuesday.” The moment the floor moves — a job closes, a line stops, a defect gets logged — every board showing that number quietly updates itself. What's on the wall is what's true.
A report ages the second it prints. By the morning stand-up, it's history.
The board refreshes itself while you're looking at it — no refresh button anywhere.
Any screen, pointed at any board.
A TV shows a 6-character code; an admin claims it from Settings and picks the board it should boot into. From then on it logs itself in, stays on its board, and heartbeats so the fleet always knows what's live. Re-point it any time — no re-pairing.

Questions, answered.
What is Bulk Dashboards & Boards?
It is the screen layer of Bulk: standard boards that arrive wired and go live the second you open them, plus a drag-and-drop canvas for building your own from a shared catalog of widgets.
Do I have to build boards from scratch?
No. Standard boards arrive wired — OEE for people and assets, the station wall — with no setup, and they are live the second you open them. Building your own is optional.
How do I build a custom board?
Drag widgets from one shared catalog of 21 onto a grid of 1 to 6 columns. It saves on drop, with no engineering required.
Can I put a board on a TV?
Yes. Pair any TV to a board with a 6-digit code in seconds; the screen boots itself in and heartbeats, so you know it is up.
Do all the screens show the same numbers?
Yes. Every board draws from the same numbers and the same source, so any screen you point at a board shows the same live data.
Can I control who sees a board?
Yes. Access is scoped per board — open it to the whole site, or lock it to the named people who should see it.
See your plant on one wall.
We'll wire a board to your real data and put it on a screen — so you can see the floor the way your team will, every shift.
