In plain terms
What is Bulk Digital Twin?
Bulk Digital Twin is a 3D model of your actual plant — machines, benches, racks and zones placed where they really sit, to scale. Build the layout once from 52 drag-and-drop machine models, and each shape glows live with running, paused, down or idle, plus OEE and 5S. It runs forever as an andon board, on a desk or a wall TV.
Build it once
Drag the real machines into place.
A catalog of fifty-two procedural models: mills, presses, moulders, printers, plus all the racks, pallets and safety kit that fill a real floor. Drop them on a paintable floor slab, draw zones and walls, and you've got your plant. Unknown models never break the scene; they fall back to a neutral box.

Wire it to the floor
Two links, and it goes live.
A machine is just a shape until you link it to an asset. Then it pulls the same live status, OEE and job the Asset Board shows. A zone is just an outline until you link it to an audit area. Then it carries that area's rolling 5S score. One-to-one, one time.

Machine → asset
Live telemetry on every shape
Search your work centres, pick one, and the machine wakes up: station status, recorded-time
OEE with a 12-bucket sparkline, the loaded job and its progress, the operator on station,
and any open downtime.
One asset backs at most one machine per layout
Numbers match the Asset Board exactly (same mapping)
"Open work centre →" jumps straight to its record
Audit areaAssembly & pack / 5S
Zone → audit area
A rolling 5S score per area
Link a floor zone to a 5S audit area and its card carries the live score, averaged over the
trailing thirty days of completed audits: green, amber or red, right on the map.
5S averaged over 30 days of completed audits
Zone also rolls up its machines' running count & OEE
Refreshes on a change-signal, no polling
The live floor
Read the plant like a map.
Instead of a list of work centres, you see the actual layout: every linked machine lit by its status, an andon stack-light above it, OEE on its face. Click any machine for its current job, OEE trend, operator and open downtime. It's the Asset Board, in space.

On the wall
Put it on the wall. Leave it running.
Three views: ground, bird, and a fullscreen TV mode built for wall screens. It refreshes when the floor changes, not on a timer, so the board on the wall is never a shift behind.
A view-only role for wall TVs: screens can watch, not touch.
Ground, bird and TV: the same layout, three distances.
7 running, 1 paused, 1 down, 1 idle

Same numbers
A read on the live MES
No new data. Status, OEE and 5S come straight from production and audits.

Three view modes and a fullscreen TV mode for an always-on floor display.
Straight answers
Questions, answered.
01
What is Bulk Digital Twin?
It is a to-scale 3D model of your real floor: machines, benches, racks and zones where they actually sit, each one glowing in real time with running, paused, down or idle.
02
Where does the live status come from?
There's no new data to enter. Status, OEE and 5S read straight from the live MES — the same numbers your production and audits already produce.
03
How do I build my floor layout?
You paint the floor, drag and drop from 52 machine models to place your equipment, and draw the zones — your real layout, to scale. You build it once and it runs forever.
04
Can it run on a wall TV?
Yes. There are three view modes — ground, bird and TV — plus a fullscreen TV mode for an always-on floor display, on a desk or a wall.
05
What does each machine show?
Every linked shape carries a live andon overlay — a stack-light for running, paused, down or idle, with OEE on each machine and 5S scored per zone.
06
How do I get started?
Send us a rough floor plan and we'll stand up your twin with machines placed, assets linked and zones scored, so your next walk of the floor happens on a screen.
