Completed manufacturing example
The example records an observable process-control check, its evidence and any failed requirement, then assigns an action owner. The separate cadence record identifies which audit layer is due to revisit the operation.
Audit whether the agreed process control is used at the workplace. This differs from checking finished product or scoring housekeeping. A scheduled audit or signed action is not evidence that a failed control has been restored.
When to use this template
Original adaptable audit, not a claim of CQI-8 compliance.
