Completed manufacturing example
The fictional register records 20 litres of demo coolant and five litres of demo cleaner in separate cabinets, with supplier SDS references, owners and review dates. It intentionally supplies no invented chemical hazard classifications.
Keep quantities with their units and copy product identifiers from the actual label and current SDS. A mixture need not have one CAS number. This inventory locates information; a competent assessment determines handling, storage and emergency controls.

How to use it
- Use the exact product identifier from the label and supplier SDS. A mixture need not have a single CAS number.
- Record quantity with its unit; do not add litres, kilograms and containers into one total. Keep the SDS accessible at the point of use.
- Copy hazard identifiers only from the current SDS/label. A competent site reviewer decides storage, handling, exposure and emergency controls.
